Aviance Executive Lounge in Gatwick provides a premium service in our recently extended facility in the North Terminal.

This modern exclusive lounge offers a tranquil atmosphere where quality comes as standard - an ideal haven where you can relax before your flight.

Is the site Landside or Airside?:

Airside (North Terminal)

What is Landside?:

Landside lounges are situated before Passport Control and can be used by those not travelling.

What is Airside?:

Airside lounges situated after Passport Control & can only be used by those in possession of a valid boarding card.

Directions to lounge:

Through passport control,through to departure lounge, turn left and follow the signs on left to the upper level.

lounge Earliest Arrival:

Monday-Sunday: 06.00 hours

Arrival before Booked time:

You will be allowed to enter unless the Lounge is full. If full, you will be asked to return at the booked time.

Lounge Closing Time:

Monday - Sunday 21:00 hours

lounge Dress Code:

All Lounges have a smart casual dress code and expect reasonable behaviour from guests.

Is smoking permitted in the site?:

No

Are Children/Infants permitted?:

Yes. Infants up to 2 years are free of charge, do not enter these onto the booking.

Can luggage be left in site?:

for security reasons,all luggage must be taken with customer should they wish to leave lounge even if they plan to return

Flight Announcements:

There are no Flight Information Screens, It is the customers responsibility to ensure they catch their flight.

Facilities for Disabled/Wheelchair:
This lounge is not suitable as access is via stairs only, no lift/escaltor.


Food & Beverage Arrangements:

Comp snacks (biscuits/crisps), coffee, tea,soft & alcoholic drinks available in lounge. There is a charge for champagne.

Errata:

This is now called the Aviance Executive Suite. Infants under 2years do not need to be put on booking. Non-Smoking Lounge
